On December 31, 2001, my Jeep was repossessed.  I'd been out of work for six months and could not make the payment.  On the night it was taken, I began writing poetry to try to make sense of the situation and of my life at the time.  I wrote fairly consistently over a two month period.  I still write, just not as often, but that could change at anytime.   Below are the poems I wrote during that time.
